Since the company started in July 2015, each and every one of the thousands and tens of thousands of orders that have been made have had two common denominators. All the work has been done by a single person and it has been produced Made To Order, that is, the order has been manufactured when the order arrived, there has almost never been stock although it has been tried many times but it has always sold out within a few days. As the years went by and the products increased and more orders arrived, this situation has become unsustainable.
And that is why on January 1st of this year I made the decision to move the company to an industrial warehouse, triple the number of printers, create our own machines for post-processing, improve the shipping system, hire workers and most importantly, have an updated stock of products and only sell those that we have in stock and can be shipped in 2-3 days from the time the order arrives.
With this, from September 8th all orders placed through the website will be with the real and updated stock on the website, if a product is not available it is because there is no stock. Although I have been working for months to implement this system, it is very possible that on the 8th only 50-75% of the products for sale will be available, but do not worry, day after day everything will be updated until all are complete.
These 8 months have not been for production, but I have had to adapt the industrial warehouse to our needs and it is a process that has taken more than 6 months. I have actually been producing for about a month and I have already been able to make more than half of the entire stock with large quantities per product.
All orders that arrived in the summer and have not been shipped or orders that could not be shipped before will begin to be shipped from this Monday, the 2nd (made by another person who will be exclusively in charge of making the orders) with our updated stock, which is the reason why they have not been shipped, the old stock was discarded and everything is being remade with the latest 3D printers on the market and with better washing, drying and curing systems, which has greatly improved the final finish of all our miniatures.
Very soon we will share a schedule of news including all the new products that will be released until the end of the year, taking into account that there may be variations and even more products than those that appear.
Another of our changes has been to improve the digital stylization of our pieces by improving the proportion and you will see it reflected in the new Tsar's Guards and the Teutonic Guard.
Apart from that, I announce the creation of a new brand that will sell exclusively plastic bases with textured bases at prices well below the current market prices and in large quantities if desired. They can be purchased on this website and in the future on their own website. There will be more than 20 models and will include square, round, rectangular and oval bases. You will probably see a new model and various purchase options added week after week. So far I have tried 40 mm round and 50x75 with very good results.
This information does not reflect all the work of the last 8 months or the cost of preparing the industrial warehouse but it is a brief summary of these months and the lack of new products or updates, since the more new products I released the greater the problem.
Finally I leave you with an updated image of one of the nine new pegasi that will be on sale on our website shortly. They will be sold individually and in packs of 3 for 25 Euros.
I hope that all the work and effort has been worth it and that you have your miniatures on the way a few days after having bought them and with better quality. This has been the objective of these 9 years and we hope not to disappoint you.
